Americké CFDA ocenění můžeme nazvat za “módní Oscary”. Misí udělování módních cen je posílit a podpořit návrháře v Americe a jejich povědomí ve světě. A jak to celé probíhá? :))
To vše díky Eleanor Lambert, která organizaci založila! Momentálně od roku 2006 zasedá v čele Diane von Furstenberg a viceprezidentem je Michael Kors. V rámci CFDA se uděluje nespočet ocenění. To nejvíce veřejnosti blízké je však ocenění módní ikony roku. Pro tento rok se jí stala Rihanna!
Co si o tom myslíte? Zvolili byste někoho jiného nebo jste spokojeni? Rihanna říkala, že porušuje módní pravidla, která nastolí právě Anna Wintour, ale že právě to je jejím stylem a takovou obranou. Rihanna měla na sobě velice extravagantní róbu. Byla “téměř” průhledná a posetá 216,000 krystaly od Swarovski, který byl hlavním partnerem letošního ročníku CFDA. Rihanna je ikonou právoplatně, však kdo by si troufl nosit podobné šaty? :))
Další pro vás zajímavé ocenění je jistě to za doplňky, které získaly sestry Ashley a Mary-Kate Olsen a jejich značka The Row, se kterou mají ohromný úspěch! Letos poprvé se také udělilo ocenění “Fashion Instragrammer of The Year“! CFDA’s Awards jsou velkou událostí ve světě módy a pro všechny vítěze či nominované je to velká čest :)).

The next interesting award is the Accessories Designer Of The Year! The winners are Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen and their The Row! For the first time there was also the Fashion Instagrammer Of The Year award for @AGuyNamedPatrick ! The CFDA’s Awards is very luxurious event and for all the winners and nominees it is such an honour to be the part of it!
